Wedding Photography
I can provide full coverage
of your wedding using a combination of modern "photojournalistic"
style and traditional methods to give you the images you want to remember
your special day. I shoot exclusively in digital format, allowing me to
take a much larger number of photos during your event and increasing the
processing options afterwards.
I offer my services
in a package that includes... |
 |
Full
digital photographic coverage of your wedding - including
your rehearsal. My goal is to provide a complete
record of your wedding, so I don't place any artificial limit
on the amount of time I make myself available. On your wedding
day I'll cover as much as possible from your preparations
to the ceremony to the reception. And there's no additional
charge for coverage of the rehearsal. |
 |
Two
books containing the highlights of your wedding. The
first book, the "storybook", is a visual narrative
containing a wide selection of photographs from your wedding
festivities. The second book includes the best of the more formal
portraits that include you, your wedding party, family and closest
friends. Each of these books is hard-bound and contains 20-30
pages of images. I work with a company that offers good quality
and quick turnaround so that I can provide you with copies within
6-8 weeks of your event. (Additional copies will be made available
for purchase online.) |
 |
A
slide show on DVD, set to music, containing the best images
from your wedding. I design these shows to present
the event chronologically and they're somewhere between 10 and
15 minutes long. Just pop it into any DVD player (and most PC's)
to relive the highlights of your big day. |
 |
An
online gallery where you, your family and your friends can order
prints. This gallery includes a large selection of
fully edited photographs. It will include somewhere between
100 and 200 photos. I work with Printroom.com to offer prints
in a wide variety of sizes, from 4" x 6" to 24"
x 36". I consider this to be more of a service to you than
a source of profit for me, so I set my print prices at significantly
less than what many photographers charge. |
 |
A
CD or DVD containing the final, edited, full-resolution images.
You're free to use these for your own (non-commercial) purposes
- create your own prints for friends and family or, if you'd
like a more traditional album, provide them to a wedding album
specialist. The disk also contains a gallery of the photos in
a format that can be viewed on your PC using your web browser. |
|
|
| Check
my online calendar to see if I'm available on your wedding date (while
the calendar is usually accurate, please contact me to verify my availability).
Contact me if you'd like to
discuss your plans and arrange to meet with me and see examples of my
work. I can be reached by phone (301-580-3787), by e-mail (keith@keithmanter.com). |
| After
the agreement is signed... Two to four weeks before the wedding
I'll meet with the bride and groom to get a clear idea of what you're looking
for in your wedding photos and to verify all the details of the day. I'll
be there to capture all the events of the day, from the bride's pre-ceremony
preparations to all the activities at the site of the ceremony to the wedding
reception. Within 2 weeks after the wedding you'll be provided with the
web address for an online photo gallery, from which you, your family and
your friends can order prints of various sizes. I'll meet with you to select
your favorite photos to be included in the photo books and the DVD slide
show. Within 6-8 weeks of the wedding you'll receive a final package which
will include the two photo books, the DVD slide show and the DVD containing
full-resolution edited images (licensed to be used for creating your own
prints). |
| The
cost for this package is $1,500. Please take a moment to review my
standard wedding photography agreement. (document is in PDF format,
you may need to install
the Adobe Acrobat Reader if it doesn't open automatically in a browser
window). I've also put together this short list of things
to consider (from a photographer's viewpoint) while planning your wedding.
Prior to our pre-wedding meeting, you should take a moment to review this
list of standard posed photographs. |
